HOW WILL IT WORK?

The purpose for this recreational pad is to provide a free opportunity for everyone to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. It will be located behind the Tillsonburg Community Centre, between the existing two arenas and the hard ball diamond.
Although the community centre will be responsible for the up keep and maintenance, of the recreational pad it is not to be scheduled by ice users as a regular ice rotation.
The idea for usage would be on a first come first serve basis with suggested usage posted for specific activities such as family skate, pick up hockey, age group categories, etc. to help alleviate any safety concerns with playing hockey and skating at the same time.
